MyHyetaek processes only the information needed to provide benefit search, AI consultation, eligibility checks, account support, and security operations. This localized summary explains the Korean policy in practical terms; the Korean version remains the controlling notice for domestic legal interpretation.
Data we process
We may process account identifiers, email address, locale, consent records, service logs, chat prompts, generated answers, selected policy references, eligibility inputs you submit, and payment or subscription status when a paid plan is used.
Purpose and retention
Data is used for authentication, policy matching, RAG answer grounding, abuse prevention, customer support, legal notices, and service improvement. Records are retained until account deletion or for the period required by Korean law and security obligations.
Processors and transfers
Supabase, Cloudflare, authentication providers, payment processors, and AI infrastructure may process data to operate the service. Cross-border transfers are limited to service delivery, security, hosting, and payment purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting [email protected]. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for dispute handling or statutory compliance.
